3-4-12: PENALTY:
It shall be unlawful and punishable as a misdemeanor to violate any of the provisions of this chapter. Criminal prosecution for said violation may be either in lieu of or in addition to the taking of an administrative action to enforce this chapter or the commencement of any civil action relating to this chapter. (Ord. 1977-3, 7-18-1977)
