A. Operator: The license fee for each operator shall be five dollars ($5.00) per year for each device set up for operation, leased or distributed to a proprietor. All operators' license fees shall be paid annually in advance. In no case shall any portion of said license fee be refunded to the licensee.
B. Proprietor: The license fee for each "proprietor" as herein defined shall be five dollars ($5.00) per year for each device used or played, or exhibited for use or play. All proprietors' license fees shall be payable annually in advance. In no case shall any portion of said license fee be repaid to the licensee. (Ord. 1977-3, 7-18-1977)
