3-4-3: LICENSE REQUIRED:
No person shall engage in the business of an "operator" or "proprietor" of "coin operated amusement devices" as the terms are herein defined, without having first obtained the proper license therefor from the city. (Ord. 1977-3, 7-18-1977)
