3-4-1: DECLARATION OF POLICY:
The mayor and city council find and hereby declare that the health, safety, and welfare of the inhabitants of the city require the licensing and regulation of coin operated amusement devices, in the exercise of the authority granted to the cities by the Idaho Code. (Ord. 1977-3, 7-18-1977)
