3-3-4: DURATION OF TAXES:
The Nonproperty Taxes authorized and collected under this chapter are hereby imposed for as long as such taxes are authorized by Idaho law or until City voters vote to change or eliminate the specific taxes, rates of tax, and purposes. (Ord. 2018-1, 1-11-2018)
