6-4-7: LONG-TERM AND OVERNIGHT PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAILERS LIMITED OR PROHIBITED:
   A.   It shall be a violation of this Parking Code for any person who owns or has possession or control of a motor vehicle or trailer to park or leave the vehicle and/or trailer parked on any City street or alley for a period of more than forty-eight (48) consecutive hours. A vehicle is considered parked if it remains in the same location and is not driven or moved more than fifty (50) feet to a different location.
   B.   It shall be a violation of this Parking Code for any person to park any trailer or motor vehicle other than a car, pickup or passenger van designed to carry ten (10) or fewer persons on a City street or alley between the hours of midnight and six o'clock (6:00) AM.
   C.   It shall be a violation of this Parking Code for any person to park a motor vehicle or trailer in any public parking lot or park in the City for the purpose of camping, sleeping or living between the hours of midnight and six o'clock (6:00) AM.
   D.   It shall be a violation of this Parking Code for any person to park a motor vehicle or trailer in any private parking lot or vacant lot in the City for the purpose of camping, sleeping or living between the hours of midnight and six o'clock (6:00) AM without the express written permission of the person or business which owns or leases the private parking lot or vacant lot.
