The issuance of an excessive noise or light pollution violation notice shall not be the exclusive remedy for enforcing excessive noise and/or light pollution violations and all other lawful remedies are preserved and reserved for use by the City, including issuance of an infraction, assigning unpaid violation fees to a collection agency for collection, filing a civil complaint for collection of unpaid violation fees, and filing a civil complaint for nuisance.
