Business License: Business licenses are valid for the following time periods:
A. Annual Business License: An annual license shall be valid for the calendar year in which it was issued and shall expire at twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight on December 31 of the year in which it is issued.
B. Thirty Day Business License: A thirty (30) day business license is valid until twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight on the thirtieth (30th) consecutive day after the day it was either temporarily or finally approved, whichever is earlier. (Ord. 2020-3, 8-13-2020)
