The Commission shall prepare organization papers or bylaws consistent with this chapter and Title 67, Chapter 65, Idaho Code, for the transaction of business of the Commission. The Commission shall maintain a record of meetings, hearings, resolutions, studies, findings, permits, and actions taken. All meetings and records shall be open to the public at reasonable times and places and in accordance with law. (Ord. 1996-5, 10-10-1996)
