12-1-13: AMENDMENTS:

Amendments to this chapter or to the flood profiles or flood hazard boundary-floodway map and water surface elevation of the base flood may be initiated by the city council. Copies of such amendments shall be furnished to the federal insurance administration within ten (10) days following adoption. (Ord. 1987-3, 4-8-1987)
