A. Within City Limits: There shall be a monthly fee assessed to users of the public sewer system which shall be calculated as follows: (Ord. 1993-1, 4-8-1993, eff. 4-15-1993)
1. The monthly fee for each user shall be the user's sewer charge multiplied by the constant monthly cost factor as established in section 10-2-8 of this title. (Ord. 1993-1, 4-8-1993, eff. 4-15-1993; amd. Ord. 2007-6, 10-11-2007)
2. Each user's service charge shall be determined in accordance with chapter 2 of this title.
3. The constant monthly cost factor established herein shall be at the discretion of the mayor and city council and updated from time to time to reflect the actual costs of operation, maintenance, replacement and financing of the sewage collection facility. (Ord. 1993-1, 4-8-1993, eff. 4-15-1993)
B. Outside City Limits: The sewer user charge for the use of the sewer system outside of the city limits shall be computed by multiplying the number of equivalent users determined from the schedules set out in chapter 2 of this title. (Ord. 1995-2, 4-13-1995)
