10-3-18: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 1972-1, 8-10-1972; amd. 2007 Code)
