10-3-17: EMERGENCY COMPLAINTS:
Provisions shall be made by the contractor or City Council to take care of emergency complaints when refuse has not been collected upon the regular scheduled trip and to take care of all other special or emergency calls. (Ord. 1972-1, 8-10-1972)
