10-3-15: SUPPRESSION OF NUISANCES:
The Department of Sanitation shall take cognizance of all nuisances within the limits of their sanitary jurisdiction and take such measures as may be effectual to suppress and abate the same. (Ord. 1972-1, 8-10-1972)
