10-3-14: DUMPING PROHIBITED:
   A.   Vacant Lots: It shall be unlawful for any person to incinerate garbage, refuse, rubbish or ashes or dump same on vacant lots.
   B.   Dropping Or Spilling: No person including the contract agent authorized to collect garbage, refuse, rubbish, and ashes shall drop, spill or permit same to fall upon any private grounds or public street, alley or way. (Ord. 1972-1, 8-10-1972)
