A. Receptacles Required: Every owner or lessee or person in charge of any store, restaurant, cafe, hotel or other similar place where garbage is made or accumulated shall provide or cause to be provided for such store, restaurant, cafe or hotel or other similar building a watertight metal receptacle into which all garbage shall be placed, and said receptacle shall have a tightfitting cover and shall be kept covered. The dimensions of receptacle shall be similar in size and weight as designated for residences.
B. Wastepaper: Loose papers, wastebasket material, wastepaper excelsior, etc., must be placed in a container with a watertight lid. (Ord. 1972-1, 8-10-1972)
