A. Districts; Collection Routes: The entire area within the city limits shall be divided into districts for collection routes, and each district or collection route shall be served the same day in each week or as needed for industrial and commercial refuse removal except when a recognized holiday is observed by the City or contractor or when a severe storm makes it impossible to cover the route in the usual time. When the schedule has been disrupted for any reason, the public will be so notified and service will be restored as soon as possible and the public advised, if practical.
B. Equipment; Employees/Workers: The contractors shall furnish approved equipment and men to cover the entire City each week.
C. Emptying Of Containers: After dumping the cans, employees shall return them to the location from which they were taken and shall replace the covers. Space about the cans and truck shall be left free from any refuse spilled during the collection. This shall not be interpreted to mean that the collector is responsible for cleaning up conditions about refuse cans caused by carelessness of the tenant. (Ord. 1972-1, 8-10-1972)
