10-3-4: SEPARATION OF REFUSE:
All kitchen garbage shall be drained of excess water and shall be wrapped in paper. Any animal defecation shall be separately wrapped in paper before being placed in said garbage can. Tin cans and glass containers shall be placed in cans with kitchen garbage. Other rubbish, refuse, ashes, or other debris shall be placed in containers separate from kitchen garbage. (Ord. 1972-1, 8-10-1972)
