A. Misdemeanor: Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 1982-1, 2-17-1982; amd. 2007 Code; Ord. 2007-6, 10-11-2007)
B. Separate Offense: Any violation of any or all provisions of this chapter for any one day shall constitute a separate offense.
C. Liability For Expenses: In addition to such fine and imprisonment, such person shall be liable for any expense incurred by the city in enforcing this chapter.
D. Additional Remedies: The proper local authorities of the city, county or state, in addition to other remedies, may institute any appropriate action or proceedings to correct or abate any violation of this chapter. (Ord. 1982-1, 2-17-1982; amd. Ord. 2007-6, 10-11-2007)
