A. Fee Established: Effective October 1, 2008, the sewer connection fee for a user inside the city shall be as follows:

B. Special Connections: Any special connections not covered by the above schedules, including users outside the city, shall have connection fees set by the mayor and city council in each individual situation. (Ord. 1982-1, 2-17-1982)
C. Person Desiring Connection Responsible For Costs; Work Must Meet City Standards: The foregoing fees are for the privilege of connecting with the city sewer, and all work necessary for making proper connection shall be done to the satisfaction of and under the supervision of the city inspector and shall be paid for by the person desiring such connection.
