10-1-23: PENALTIES:
Any person violating any of the provisions of these rules and regulations, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 2004-3, 9-23-2004; amd. 2007 Code)
