A. Prior Arrangement Required; Cost: When an abnormally large quantity of water is desired for filling a swimming pool, pond, or for other purposes, arrangements must be made with the city prior to taking such water. The cost of the water shall be at the regular user rates set by resolution of the city council, and payment in full shall be made at the time the water is provided.
B. Criteria For Approval: Permission to take water in unusual quantities will be given only if the city facilities and other consumers are not inconvenienced. (Ord. 2004-3, 9-23-2004)
