9-2-7: PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 1948-1, 6-7-1948; amd. 2007 Code)
