9-1-17: DRIVEWAY AND PRIVATE ROAD REQUIREMENTS:

An occupancy certificate will not be issued for any new building or structure until the travelway to the building or structure including the driveway and private road connecting the building or structure to the public road meets the 2012 edition of the international fire code, chapter 5 provisions.
