Those certain documents, one copy of which are on file and are open for inspection to the public in the office of the clerk of city of Lava Hot Springs, being marked and designated as the following:
A. The 2012 edition of the international building code (IBC),
B. The 2012 edition of the international residential code (IRC) for one- and two-family dwellings, parts I through IV and IX,
C. The 2012 edition of the international energy conservation code (IECC),
D. The 2012 edition of the international fire code,
E. The 2012 edition of the international existing building code,
F. 1997 uniform abatement of dangerous building code,
shall be and the same are hereby adopted providing for issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter by city of Lava Hot Springs for the regulation of the erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, moving, removal, conversion, demolition, occupancy, use, height, area and maintenance of all buildings or structures in the city of Lava Hot Springs, including the installation of manufactured homes in accordance with the provisions of title 44, chapter 22, Idaho Code and site preparation. The adopted versions of the 2012 edition of the international building code (IBC), 2012 edition of the international residential code (IRC) for one- and two-family dwellings, parts I through IV and IX, 2012 edition of the international energy conservation code (IECC), 2012 edition of the international fire code and the 2012 edition of the international existing building code shall be deemed superseded by successive versions of such codes as they are adopted or approved by the Idaho building code board or Idaho department of insurance/state fire marshal, effective on January 1 of the year following adoption by the Idaho building code board or Idaho department of insurance/state fire marshal.
