It is the intent of city of Lava Hot Springs that this chapter shall be consistent with the comprehensive plan, zoning ordinance, subdivision ordinance, flood damage prevention ordinance and other ordinances and policies of city of Lava Hot Springs, and with any supplemental building, land use, and community development policies which may be adopted by the city council of city of Lava Hot Springs. Additionally, it is the intent of the city council that all amendments to this chapter shall maintain and enhance the consistency with the above named ordinances. (Ord. 2016-2, 5-12-2016)
