8-2-11: PROPERTY OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PRIVATE TREES:
   A.   Routine Tree Maintenance:
      1.   Removal or pruning of trees located on the owner's private real property that are considered a public nuisance.
      2.   Pruning of trees located on the owner's private real property that are considered a public nuisance. Branches that overhang sidewalks, streets or alleys shall be pruned to provide sufficient vertical clearance over the sidewalk, street or alley so as not to interfere with public travel in accordance with section 8-2-15 of this chapter.
      3.   Control of pests on trees located on the owner's private real property that may pose a threat to public trees upon determination by the tree committee or city forestry advisor.
      4.   Remove or barricade all debris (wood, branches and leaves) on public property by the end of the working day on which any tree work is done. (Ord. 2015-10, 12-10-2015)
