The term of the three (3) persons appointed by the mayor shall be four (4) years, except that the term of two (2) of the members appointed to the first committee shall be only one year and term of the other one member of the first committee shall be for two (2) years. In the event that a vacancy occurs during the term of any member, his or her successor shall be appointed for the unexpired portion of the term. (Ord. 2015-10, 12-10-2015)
