A. Failure To Comply: Upon failure of owner, tenant or occupant of said premises to comply with the terms and conditions of such notice, then and in that event such person shall be in violation of this chapter and subject to action to be taken by the City.
B. Abatement By City: Upon the failure to remove snow and ice within the time limits of section 8-1-1 of this chapter, the City may remove the same, doing whatever is necessary to accomplish the abatement cleanup, removal and related work. The costs thereof may be assessed against the property and collected as provided by law, particularly as provided by Idaho Code title 50, chapter 10, for special assessments, or the City may collect the costs by civil action.
