The City of Lava Hot Springs and the issuing person shall have no liability for any damage caused by any fire started by a permit holder or any fire which a permit holder fails to extinguish when necessary to prevent accidental or unintended damage to property or injury to persons.
The City of Lava Hot Springs and the issuing person shall have no liability for failing to personally communicate the revocation or suspension of a permit issued under this chapter to the permit holder. (Ord. 2017-5, 2-8-2018)
