7-3-3: PROHIBITED MATERIALS:
The burning of the following is prohibited, whether in an open burn or in an incinerator, burn barrel, stove or fireplace:
   A.   Carcasses and parts of carcasses from dead animals including domesticated livestock, sheep, goats, poultry, pets, and commercial fish and animal feces;
   B.   Junked motor vehicles or any materials resulting from a salvage operation;
   C.   Tires or other rubber materials or products;
   D.   Plastics;
   E.   Asphalt or composition roofing or any other asphaltic material or products;
   F.   Tar, tar paper, waste or heavy petroleum products, or paints;
   G.   Lumber or timber treated with preservatives, including railroad ties;
   H.   Trade waste materials meaning any solid, liquid or gaseous material resulting from the construction or demolition of any structure, or the operation of any business, trade or industry including, but not limited to, wood product industry waste such as saw dust, bark, peelings, chips, shavings and cull wood except as specifically allowed under IDAPA 58.01.01 section 600 - 623;
   I.   Insulated wire;
   J.   Pathogenic waste;
   K.   Hazardous waste;
   L.   Any material which, when burned, will produce an offensive smell, smoke or odor;
   M.   Any material which, when burned, will cause or create dense smoke or odor; and
   N.   Garbage/household waste. (Ord. 2017-5, 2-8-2018)
