A. Prohibited: No person shall ride or propel any skateboard, roller skates or blades, go-cart or scooter upon the land of another, public or private, without the permission of the landowner or the tenant in possession where such land has been posted by the landowner or tenant in possession in a conspicuous manner upon or near the boundaries of such land with signs legibly printed informing persons of said prohibition.
B. Right Of Entry: Law enforcement personnel are specifically authorized to enter upon private property, when necessary, for the sole purpose of enforcing this prohibition on a complaint signed by the landowner or tenant in possession. (Ord. 1992-4, 8-13-1992)
