It is unlawful for any person to ride on or propel any skateboard, roller skates or blades, go-carts or scooters on any of the following streets or sidewalks adjacent to:
A. Main Street beginning at 4th West and Main to the Main Street river bridge;
B. One block north and south of Main Street beginning at the intersection of 4th West and Main to the intersection of 3rd East and Main.
C. Any other street or sidewalk with signs stating the prohibition. (Ord. 1992-4, 8-13-1992)
