6-2-4: VIOLATION:

It shall be an infraction of the law for any person to violate any traffic control signal, sign or marking of the city. Any person who so violates any such traffic control signal, sign or marking of the city shall be subject to the penalties imposed by rule 9 of the Idaho infraction rules, as amended. (Ord. 1987-8, 9-23-1987)
