"Vehicle" shall mean any mechanical device which is self-propelled and/or designed to travel along the ground, on water or through the air, including, but not limited to, aircraft, watercraft, automobiles, buses, motor bikes, motorcycles, motor scooters, mopeds, bicycles, and other devices propelled by the effort of the operator, trucks, motor homes, tractors, go-carts, and golf carts.
