No person shall give away or sell any animal for the purpose of attracting trade, whereby an animal is offered as a prize or an incentive for entering any contest, game or other competition; as an incentive for entering a place of amusement; or as an incentive for entering into any business transaction, the primary subject of which was not an animal.
