(A) The town shall not be responsible for the collection and hauling of construction or demolition wastes originating from private property preliminary to, during or subsequent to the construction of new, remodeled or renovated structures.
(B) Such materials shall be removed by the independent contractor, owner, lessee or occupant of the property in a timely manner.
