Upon notification from the City of Hendersonville of a declared water shortage, the Town Manager shall issue a declaration of the same level for the Laurel Park water system and all customers. If conditions exist independent of the Hendersonville water system to cause low or declining water supply in the Laurel Park system, the Town Manager may declare a water shortage and issue a stage 1 water shortage advisory. If warranted, the Town Manager may, in consultation with the Town Council, declare a stage 2 or stage 3 advisory.
