Pursuant to the provisions of G.S. § 162-88 and this subchapter, service shall be discontinued for willful disregard of this subchapter and a reconnect fee may be imposed before restoration of service. In the event of continued non-compliance of this subchapter, the removal of meter or connection of service at the water main will be deemed proper, service will be discontinued and all tap fees and deposits will be forfeited. The reconnection of service shall be made only when all amounts due to the town, including new reconnect fees and deposits, are paid in full.
