§ 51.05 LIABILITY.
   (A)    The town assumes no liability for any damages done to private property due to lack of water service. This includes, but is not limited to, water outage from town supply tanks, removal of water meter for individual customer resulting from lack of payment, customer’s request to shut off or pull meter, natural disasters and the like.
