§ 51.03 WATERLINE UPGRADES/RELOCATIONS.
   (A)   The town may replace or relocate water lines that are located on private property by easement as needed or as necessary at no expense to property owners.
   (B)   The town has the option to pay for a new service line connection to existing houses affected by a water line upgrade or relocation.
