(A) Prompt action will be taken to collect sufficient funds for any check or bank draft payment returned to the town for any reason.
(B) The town will charge a service fee for checks or bank drafts returned due to insufficient funds or any reason.
(C) Once a water/sewer customer has two bad checks or bank draft payments returned for any reason, the customer will be placed on an exact cash only basis for service.
