§ 151.76 TYPES OF ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENTS.

   (A)   Major (including but not limited to):

      (1)   Hardscape (pavers, fences, retaining walls);

      (2)   Streetscape (benches, bike racks);

      (3)   Landscaping (planting, irrigation);

      (4)   Utilities (stormwater devices, wells, grease traps, meter repair);

      (5)   Building elements (balconies, doors, stairs, landings, ramps); and

      (6)   Parklet.

   (B)   Minor (include but not limited to):

      (1)   Outdoor merchandise;

      (2)   Street furniture (movable);

      (3)   Awnings;

      (4)   Overhead signage; and

      (5)   A-frame signage.

   (C)   Residential utility connections (include but not limited to):

      (1)   Water service;

      (2)   Sewer service;

      (3)   Stormwater service;

      (4)   Electrical service; and

      (5)   Telecommunication service.

   (D)   Wireless telecommunications.
