(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any violation of the provisions of §§ 32.01 through 32.07 of this chapter shall constitute a Class 3 misdemeanor punishable, upon conviction, as provided in G.S. §§ 14-4 and 160A-175. The penalty for such violation shall subject the violator to a fine of not less than $50 and not more than $500, or as amended.
(C) It shall be a misdemeanor for any person to violate any of the provisions of §§ 32.35 through 32.37 of this chapter or plans issued pursuant to the authority contained herein, or to willfully obstruct, hinder or delay any member of the emergency management organization, as defined in § 32.37 of this chapter, or any plan issued thereunder.
