(A) Proof of compliance with regards to width, base and surface courses can be obtained by:
(1) Having an inspector selected by and representing the town present during the paving road preparation and paving operations, cost of the inspector to be borne by those paying for the pavement; or
(2) Having core samples taken in accordance with an accepted sampling practice by a laboratory approved by the town with costs borne by those paying for the pavement.
(B) Proof of compliance for slope requires certification by a state-licensed surveyor or engineer.
