§ 111.04 SOLICITATION OF CONTRIBUTIONS FROM THE PUBLIC.

Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit any licensed non-profit agency holding 501(c)3 status from soliciting funds in the nonresidential zoning district with permission from the owner of said premises. No door to door solicitations are allowed in the residential districts without express prior communication from the resident.
