(A) It shall be unlawful for any person at any time to do any of the following within the premises of any town park:
(1) Make noise, cause a disturbance or talk in a loud, boisterous or abusive manner so as to disturb the peace of others inside or outside the park;
(2) Possess or consume any kind of alcoholic beverage in any form or manner;
(3) Throw, cast, propel or leave any type of bottle, can, container, trash, paper or any other litter on said premises, except in trash receptacles;
(4) Fail to keep pets under immediate leash control by means of a leash, harness or other means of physical control by a competent person;
(5) Fail to remove feces deposited by pets; and/or
(6) Destroy, damage or abuse the park property or enhancements in any way.
(B) Rules shall be posted in a readily accessible and viewable area. These rules are fully enforceable by this chapter.
