§ 92.02 FREQUENTING PARKS.

The parks located within town (i.e., Jump Off Rock, Laurel Green, Crystal Springs, among others) shall be deemed open to the general public from 30 minutes before sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset each day. It shall be unlawful for any person to be present in the town parks at any time other than this specific time without written permission from the town.
