§ 91.06 DEFINITION OF STRAY DOGS AND CATS.
   Any dog/cat within the town wandering at large or lost which does not have an identifiable owner, or any dog/cat within the said town whose owner fails to have said dog/cat inoculated against rabies, is considered a stray.
