Except as otherwise exempt from this subchapter, the operator of an oversized vehicle, as herein defined, shall obtain a permit to travel on any town street or road, prior to entering the town limits. The permit shall be obtained from the Town Hall and returned to the Town Manager with all the required information and supporting documentation at least two weeks prior to the use of the town streets.
